Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers paid Adrian subscriptions (Pro, Max and Ultra), billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.
1. Cancelling
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings or via the link in your Paddle receipt.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
- We do not charge cancellation fees.
2. The 7-day refund window
If you cancel within 7 days of a subscription charge, email info@adrianlabs.io and we will refund the unused portion of that charge: the value of the usage allowance you have already consumed is deducted, and the remainder is refunded.
Beyond 7 days from the charge, refunds are not possible. You can still cancel at any time — you keep access until the end of the paid period, and you simply will not be billed again.
3. Usage credits
Usage allowance you have already consumed is non-refundable in all cases. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and refunds are always calculated on the unused portion of a charge only.
4. Faults on our side
If a defect in the Service prevented you from using what you paid for, tell us. Where we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected period pro-rata — this applies independently of the 7-day window.
5. Statutory rights
Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence (for example, EU/UK 14-day withdrawal rights for digital purchases, where they apply). Where those rights are broader than this policy, they win.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
